( 1 ) the influence of powder properties
The powder with high hardness, low plasticity and high friction has poor pressing performance and can be properly improved by adding lubricant or molding agent. When the purity of the powder is low and the oxygen content is high, the pressing performance is poor, and the reduction treatment of the raw material powder can be overcome. The pressing performance of single fine or coarse particle powder and powder with regular shape is not ideal. The pressing performance can be improved by using mixed particle size powder and powder with complex particle shape.

The brighter the surface, the higher the hardness and the greater the rigidity of the molding die, the more favorable it is for the density of the bad body to be improved and uniform. The density of the green body pressed in two directions is higher and more uniform than that pressed in one direction. The lower the pressing speed and the longer the holding time, the higher the density of the blank, especially for large size or complex shape abrasive tools.
